ProjectMaker
can manage both your rental and sale equipment inventory.
All Project types may reserve rental equipment for specific
periods of time
to avoid equipment conflicts. Once the equipment
is reserved, a pull list is generated for the shop to prep
the equipment and have it ready for that particular project.
Using this information, the shop is able to make informed
decisions in advance. Kits of equipment can be built to speed
data entry and to automatically include easily forgotten accessories.
The database will also track the history of your inventory
or where your equipment has been for any given time period.
Inventory utilization reports can be generated so that informed
decisions are made regarding your company's future. New equipment
inventory levels are also monitored by the database allowing
your staff and customers to know what's in stock and to help
you manage your company's cash flow more effectively and maintain
a timely system for placing orders. |
